    jumping ship

I wrecked my 04 gambler 2100 with a 225 option last september. I hit a stump and knock out the lower unit. I turned around and the motor was laying on the back deck. So after 5 months ofback and forth with my insurance co. We finally resolved it. ended up my boat was a total loss. So i wanted to get a bullet. but after 5 months of looking I ended up in a ranger z19.

No i never asked. The transom is weak cracked the hull had a stress cracks on every strake. Needs a lower unit. Trim unit. Hood. Trim tab actuator. I had to sign some papers and I think the Iowa dnr has it in a auction.

    27 trophy stock
28 tempest plus with extra PVC holes worked by mercury. Needs to be cleaned up.
25 trophy stock. This I might be able to use on my ranger just don't know yet.

I'm hitting the rev limiter with a new stock 27 Trophy Plus now. The guys in the Mercury booth at the Classic Expo said I needed to try a 29 Bravo XS to get my rpms. down were I need to be. My 27 Tempest Plus hits the limiter too. I was hoping to find a 29 or 30 to try.
