No jackplate
Original Carpet - no rips but shows fading/wear with a 15yr old boat

3 bank charger

Has the SHO had a new power head? If not is it still covered thru Yamaha?

Check to see if it's one of the recalled powerheads. My friend had his 2010 SHO powerhead replaced under a recall.
