But the red/gray one... oooooh baby! NOW we're talking!!!

Liking all the features I've seen so far! Still hoping there is a pedestal seating version in the works for us multi-species guys.
Agree, looks like that 70's avocado green that was on the old appliances...the red and the orange boats look sweet though.

the AVX1980 and the AVX1880 have paid hulls. And I found out today, that I was incorrect about the AVX189, i was told it also has a pad Hull design.

sorry for the confusion.. also in response to another question , that I can not find right now.. all boats come with hydraulic steering..

    thanks

Is a 115hp enough to get a boat up on the pad? The 150hp on the RT198P looks like it is barley enough to get it up based on the videos I've seen

With the correct prop and motor height I think its more than possible for a 115 to get this 18 footer on pad. I also believe with the correct prop and set up the 19 footer could hit 60mph+ with a light load and could run in the mid 50's with a tourney load.

NOW... I realize I know NOTHING but what I've read and seen in pics and vids so this is just a guess really. But judging by the vids the 19 doesn't seem to be generating much stern lift. Not sure what prop they're running but maybe one with more flare would generate more stern lift and increase speed??

Somebody who knows boats will eventually buy one and spend the money to get every mph...then we'll know what this thing can really do.

Im sure the engineer that set these rigs up knew what he was doing but I doubt he had enough seat time in each model to really tweak them... Of course I could be wrong about that too.

Yeah...I agree. If Vexus ever builds a 20+ footer with a 250hp rating Im gonna have to give this some serious thought. So far I like what I see and I imagine things will only improve.

Are you talking about a 20 footer tin ? It would be hard to beat what you already have ..

Yes, a 20' tin with a 250hp rating and I would consider it... The current 4 seater is great for the entire family but the kids are growing up... it'll be just the wife and I soon enough and I know my wife would prefer the comforts Vexus seems to offer. Only time will tell. Thanks for the kind words.

Yep , only time will tell . Pretty much the same here . Kids are grown and just me and the wifey . It’ll be hard for me to get off of a practically new and paid for boat and take a beating on the resale . Still alot left to learn about these sharp looking rigs but the wheels are turning .

I am really liking the looks of these boats. I will be in the market by the end of the year. Hopefully someone out west will be a dealer.
