    Battery on/off switch

Replacing batteries this season, realized I don't have a battery on/off switch. Should I install one?

I see it as a safety precaution to either have a switch or some type of QD. Quick story. Know this guy with a 2.4 that the motor caught on fire. He used up 2 fire extinguishers and couldn't get the fire out. Another boat came by with more fire extinguishers and told him to disconnect the battery. After battery was disconnected fire was put out easily.
Speed cost money. How fast ya wanna go? I have done so much for so long with so little. I can now do the impossible with nothing!
