That’s a pretty visible location, so Road Armor peeling there must be somewhat rare. That said, if your rig is less than 3 years old it very possibly will be covered by warranty—or possibly even longer. Best approach is to talk to your dealer. Good luck. Hope you get some help with that.

Same issue on mine I can lift it up and tap on the area and you can hear its loose not making contact with trailer where the swing pin goes through the swing tongue.
My 2014 is the same
this is new, just picked up. Curious if I should let dealer deal with it or just prep it correctly, remove all rust and apply linex (got a buddy who owns a franchise)
my biggest worry is just water pooling there and just getting worse and worse, but then again 3 years and maybe a new rig
I would definitely let the dealer deal with it. As noted, however, the constant swiveling and abrasion in this area may be a weak point, so its good that you have a connection to redo if needed.
