    Trading talons for power poles?

Im thinking of trading my 12ft talons for power poles 8 ft. Main reason is weight savings. Would it be something you would do?

No, you never know what your getting, unless your anchors are trash then. Only if you dont know the other guy and they don't look ok like they will beat your a$$

Would depend on condition , how old they are etc. You may be better off selling your Talons if you really want Poles and buying new. Alot of variables to consider. Get pricing from any of the Power Pole vendors including myself on here to see if what he wants to trade you is worth it. Knowing what the new pricing on both the Power Poles and the talons will help you make a better decision, as you know what you have into your talons.

I read your post wrong the first time. You can remove 1 Talon to get to an equal weight of 2x 8' poles (also best money wise for you) If you don't need the holding depth of a 12' Talon and 8' anchors will do then you could do that.
