Ask your dealer to back up, clean, and VALIDATE every component starting at the AIR FITTING on the air compressor, and ending at the Direct Injector (ALL SIX OF THEM) inside the cylinder. Then, and ONLY then can you say with any level of certainty that the system will function properly, as every single related component has been validated, cleaned and serviced.
Will the 4 good injectors still in the motor have to be cleaned and tested again even though Brucato has done this once already? There are 2 bad DI's being replaced with new going to assume they are OK? What if they are replaced and the motor is ran for a short time for testing? Clean the system first right?

Clean and validate everything before running again like Don said.

UPDATE! Sorry for the delay but it appears we have finally resolved my issues of blowing DI's. Big thank you to everyone on this board who provided great information! Ended up replacing 4 DI's and having Brucato clean and flow test the other 2. After looking at compressor again found it to be suspect so that was replaced as well. Cleaned the entire fuel and air system and replaced some hoses and put her back together. So far so good and even though the repair cost me more $$ Mercury did step up and helped offset some of the cost on parts. Keeping my fingers crossed but the motor has ran good since the repair.
