2011 Mercury 225 pro xs ecm problem

Does anyone know if anybody can flash a ecm on my 2011 Merc 225 pro xs .. had a shop check it out , they checked everything finally after putting a another ecm on it , it ran fine .. it is running bad at 1st idle ... After running it down the lake it will idle and run perfect.. I was told this flash can only be done by a Mercury rep and he has been about 3-4 weeks out on hoping to get to me .
Patience alway pays off !!!!! Bad day of fishing is better then a good day at work !

+1... IF you're going to have this done, it needs to be done to the CORRECT calibration, with the correct tools.
