    Pete- I'm right up the road in Citrus County and just went to WestMarine and got some hardware and My brother did a home-made one for right around $80. The WestMarine in Crystal River has some hardware store next to it where We bought a stainless pipe to run a stainless chain through it. 2 locks on each side. Flat topped 'U" bolts sink into the floor when not in use.
