    So, I've acquired the following:

    1) 2 exact matching wheels

    https://www.ebay.ca/itm/Two-Boat-Tra...53.m2749.l2649

    2) A pair of original Stratos tandem/tapered/teardrop trailer fenders

    3) springs, hangers, drop axle with hubs, equalizers

Now I need the measurement from the tail of the trailer frame to the center location of the spring equalizer. Anyone??

41.5 inches (105.4 cm) from pivot point on equalizer to the back side of rear cross member. Another 12 inches (30.5 cm) from backside of rear cross member to end of the frame side rail.

Again, this is on my "re-engineered" trailer with a '95 201 on it. If you can find specs on a tandem built for a 295/195, I would defer to those.

BUT - I give ya what I got! Good luck...

So I lowered the winch stand and the boat now loads with no issues. I can now go fishing solo. The bow no longer points up in the air, the boat sits level on the trailer, and there is still about 2" of bunk extending past the hull pad. The Fulton F2 winch is a Godsend.

The new motor is installed and it runs great! 69.4 mph after break-in and with a rookie HJP driver behind the wheel....

A buddy is going to lend me his trailer so I don't have to leave my boat in the water during the conversion (he craddles his boat for the summer). I'm getting there.

Ive have my 294 with dual axel trailer in the garage. Shoot me a PM on the measurements you need. Once your done you should have exact same trailer i have (294/295 are different top cap setup but should be same hull/trailer).
