I would think a 26 or even a 25 tempest should be the prop.

According to Kelly Powers a 25 Fury is the best prop for a 210.

I took Kelly at his word and had them put one on my boat. Comes out of the hole fine, holds on turns great and is "probably" fast enough.

Is that with Steve’s Custom Props?

Yes. Tried the 25 Tempest, then called and spoke with them. They recommended a 24 that they could work for the 210 and also gave the jack plate position for the best performance. Tried a stock 24 Fury that we made a quick run to 72 but didn't go WOT for very long since it was a new boat and a light load with 2 people. Felt like it had lots left at 72, but didn't want to do any long runs on the brand new motor.
