Another Solix Problem not sharing map chip.

I have 3 Solix units. 1-15 and 2-12’s. After talking to Humminbird 2 weeks ago we got everything working great. Until I didn’t use it yesterday and now today they will not share the map chip. All the sonars are shared across the network flawlessly. The map chip contours will show up on a restart then just disappear. One unit can not even see the chip in the other unit. I moved the chip to another unit and same results. Frustrating to say the least. The system worked flawlessly for a week and a half. It’s driving me crazy. I want to fish not trouble shoot. Tried to call Humminbird on the water, just went into que.

Any ideas?????

More information. Now I am off the water. I powered them all up and went to maps on all 3. The 2 with out the chip will turn all blue and then go back to the original map screen every 24 seconds. Now the 12 with out the chip has stopped but the 15 is still doing it. Crazy.

Are they synchronizing all the information??????

Yeah my solix 12 on the bow starting doing this as well in the last trip did it once before and I turned it off and back on and it worked just fine, but this last time I turned it off twice and it did the same thing as well.

HB will first tell you do you have all the latest updates, if not update and then try. It worked fine before, while will it not work now. I also have navionics on the bow unit, so I switched to that one and got the contours of the navionics. I need to switch it back and see what happens.

Take map chip out and then put it back in when units are both running. This fixes it....I have had to do this 2 or 3 times over the years and it works.

Doesn't work for mine. Just started this since the last update, before then they shared maps without a hitch.

Looking around the forums this and the depth issue is popping up everywhere. I assume they are working on it.

Did the remove map chip a dozen times yesterday and nothing. If I take the chip out and put it in the Solix on the bow, comes right up. Just don't get it.

Have you tried both card slots in the console unit?

I had to restore defaults on both solix units and then set up my master and slave units properly to fix my network issues

And then just like that, they worked on Saturday with no issues
