    States Landing

Do you now need to be a resident/tax payer to launch from States Landing?

That's not how I read that web page. It states the "Vehicles parked at the beaches must display a current Moultonborough Transfer Station/Beach Sticker."

It then states that "You must be a resident of Moultonborough or a tax payer in Moultonborough to purchase a permit."

Nowhere, does it state that you need a sticker or must be a resident to use the boat ramp.

I just received our water use permits from NH marine patrol today. One of which is for a Winni tournament out of states landing. Didn't hear anything from them about not being able to use that ramp.

If you use that ramp, where do you park? I've never used it, have to drive halfway around the lake to get to it, but just curious about the parking.
