Need info or help on a 1998 Stratos trail trailer

    Hey guys,

I am needing some help or info on my trailer. I have a 1998 Stratos 273 with a matching Stratos Trail trailer. I has the original axle and hubs. I lost a bearing last year and thought the hub look good still (despite some metal on metal wear no damage to the bearing hold area) I repacked both sides and I lost another bearing on the same side of the one I lost last Spring. My question is where would i look for a hub to fit my axle? I have found boat axles are usually difficult to find hubs for. My bearing is L68149 with a bearing cover of ad2527e

Boat axles are very standard and hubs should be easy to find. EasternMarine.com carries them no matter what you need. Three sizes commonly used so just a couple of measurements will tell you what you need.

Did you replace races when you replaced bearings?
If you have integrity, nothing else matters. If you don't have integrity,
    nothing else matters.

If you have a Tractor Supply near you, they can match up most anything you need. If I'm right I believe you have an ez loader trailer.
Just can't leave well enough alone!!

A bad seal or leaking Bearing Buddy or axle cap will wipe out bearings in short order.
