power pole adapter?

I've just purchased power pole pro 2 8fters. I'm not sure which adapter to buy to mount them to my 2004 tr21pdx triton. It has a six inch bob's jack plate with 2 inch spacers.( which gives me a 8 inch set back )And I'm not sure if it needs the spacers along with the adapter. I did try the adapter finder but it did not have a results for my set up. So if anyone has the answer for me I thank you

For dual poles you need

Qty 2 - Ap-Spcr-side
Qty 2 - Pkd-s-2-6

The 2" Spacer you have in conjunction with the 6" Bobs is a mute point. Just look at it like a 6" Bobs
