The Camp Chef is easy to use. Turn it on set the temperature go to bed and wake up to this the next day. It just doesn't get any easier than Camp Chef.

I have a green mountain. Like it ok. Does cook hot in the center. If I had it do over again I would get a different brand. But cooks good food.

I know it's a great product and many of the cooks I follow on IG use them too...I kind of think the bullseye fits my needs to go along with my eggs. Unlike Clyde I won't stop using them

What size is that cutting board you are using up in the first part of the thread. Looks massive!!!

We have a shop in town called General Rubber that sells delrin UHMD and cutting board type materials. Ive been meaning to get up there and buy a big piece to make into a cutting board.

Kinda thought about trying to make one the exact same size as the entire sink with maybe some keepers on the underside to keep it stable. Then have a hole on one side you could put a pot under where you could easily slide trimmings you didnt want.
