    I cut a 4.250( i believe that was the size) hole under the pedal of my p2. With a hole saw. I have a Bbt double, i did not have to notch the hole.

    google rubber isolation spacer. 1/2” tall x 1” diameter is plenty. Place them under the rubber feet on the tm pedal before you screw it to the deck. U need 4.

    do install the bbt backing plate you can take off the panel that your tm connects to. You can fish that plate through there and stick your hand in the hole that is under the trolling motor. It’s not worth it to me to notch or cut the fiberglass for a one time install. You won’t be taking that thing on/off every month.

    Only if they must access for a bolt mount. It’s not on all models.
