They could rivet a few rivets in to make the boat extra good.

not sure how to describe where the welds are. I wouldn’t want to mislead you.

    The .125 transom is smart.

Does anybody know anything about "stretch forming" a tin hull? I know Tracker did it years ago...

My question is, if you start with .100 for the hull, then "stretch" it into shape, wouldn't that thin out the areas that were stretched?? By how much??

How thin is this hull and does anyone else think this might be a problem for a tin with a 4S 150hp rating??? Does a .125 transom make that big a difference???

Yeah but what about Tracker?? Did they have any issues when they tried it?? Im guessing Vexus probably learned from Trackers mistakes and improved the design but does anyone have any experience or knowledge of hull issues with the Tracker Avalanche??

I was kind of hoping it was gonna be a .125 hull and transom.

Maybe they can't "stretch form" anything thicker than .100??

    Maybe I'm worried about nothing??

The big Tundra deep v. Has been around a while. By Tracker
It had issues with transom leaks early on. But when they straighten the problem out. The guys that have them love it. But my guess as to why it never took off on sales as they hoped. Was the early problems, and the price.

From what understand about the process. Is the tin starts out much thicker. Then when stretch to form. The thinness part will be what is .100 in the field. So the corners and stakes are thicker.

That problem with the Tundra was the transom to thin to begin with. For the big motors over 200.

Made a bad day to show up and find your boat like this.

Looks like a great new product option for folks to look at, Keith Daffron and Randy Hopper are top notch guys in my book.
