Don and Al were in a boat fishing when Don asked Al for a light. Al pulled out a very long Bic lighter. Don asked "where'd you get the long lighter?". As he pulled a brass object from his pocket, Al replied "I found this lamp and every time I rub it out comes this genie who grants my wishes. But you have to be careful because he's hard of hearing. Here. Give it a try." So Don asked the genie for a million bucks and then there was a huge ruckus as they observed a million ducks fly over. So Don said "man that genie really IS hard of hearing!" And Al said "Tell me about it. Do you really think I'd ask for a 10" Bic?
