Sorry I can’t help with your set up. I am sure someone or one of the Bullet pros will be by shortly to give you some advice. Just curious how do You like your XRS?

I have a 2017 with 250 pro XS. Best I've seen is 82 loaded. Running a 29 bravo 3/4" below pad. Typically will run 78 consistent with 2 people and gear. I do keep my heavy tackle in the back compartments.
82 is good loaded...

Might want to look at the SHO on the XRS. I'll never go back to a 2 stroke, simply because of the oil convienences...i can see 82 just me loaded without wells full. 78-79 is normal with 2 people, fill the live wells.....77ish..... I'm no speed guy and I know most on here stay with the black motor.....but I'm seeing very comparable numbers to what is posted here. I run a 28 Bravo.
