So I have a 2013 Ranger RT188 and it has Baystar hydraulic steering but it is so notchy it is crazy and makes it hard to steer. Any ideas where to start looking?

Bleeding air out?
So I finally got some time to look at the steering and moving it while out of the water, it turns smooth to each side. I did find a small leak and the helm was pretty empty so I filled and bled it. Hopefully this fixes the problem! Thanks for the help
