    LOZ RANT

Is it just me or is there a major shortage of boat ramps at the Lake of the Ozarks? I know that it is a privately held lake, but there has got to be some land available at a reasonable price that the Conservation or DNR could use? You go to a marina and they $10 to put in and $10 to pull out - if they even let you use it! Resorts are the same way. I used Coffman Saturday and Sunday and it was a joke! Trailers parked everywhere! I know I am sounding like a whining old man, but I think it is ridiculous.

Plenty of ramps as long as you don't mind paying both times you use it, like you say. Conservation and DNR has little to nothing to do with LOZ.
