Fishingskirts.com and Barlows are my 1st and second choice. Not sure what you mean by "sky high" but other places may be slightly cheaper but also charge more for shipping. Plus, fishingskirts.com is by FAR the fastest, place an order and you'll have it in 2-3 days.
