    1999 Triton SF 21 Trailer Tongue Removal and Pin

    I recently purchased a Triton SF 21. The tongue has a single pin which I assumed was for removal of the tongue. I pulled the pin and it appears to be hinged and just drops down. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

    Sounds like a trailer I have. Horizontal pin? Remove pin and the tongue swings down. Slightly lift tongue and it should slide straight back. An alternate to a folding tongue that swings to the side.
