Which way is best to go to the river from Shoal Bay

I have not found a best way, been in and out a couple of times(puckered the whole time) the way a buddy showed me. I'd like to know also.

Go out by the mouth of mud creek. Go straight across to the pole. Not the one with the light flashing but the other one a little bit south. Trim up.

Well, last year there were some boats get hung up out there. And I haven't been across this year yet. If I'm going up river I actually make a hard left right out of shoal bay and run behind the island Kinda tricky though. The Elites were running the old channel on south side of the river and coming in the lower cut just above shoal bay narrows.

I've always come straight out of the mouth....line up with the pole as mentioned and trim up high and don't look at your depth. It has been about 3 years since I made that run though.
