If you have an upholstery marine or car shop near you call and ask them if they can get it?
Typically what most shops use for inside of car headliners. I'll look this wekeend and see if i can find the number on the 5 gal can i have

Henry's
This is what I use and has worked quite well for me. Can clean up afterwards with water as along as you get on it. Also no obnoxious fumes. Comes in gallon and quart containers. 2 gallons usually does a job (18-20' boat) as long as you keep the lid on during times where you're not actively working with the adhesive.
After the top surfaces get a set (leave them for a full day and save some grief), I use Gorilla Glue on the compartment lid lips - both outer and inner surfaces. I use furring strips over the carpet on both outside and inside and use small (2.5-2.75") C-clamps. Strips are cut to length, starting with the larger lids so that not to require buying as many strips and clamps. You don't need to do all of them at once. The GG sets a lot faster than the Henry's - about an hour in warm conditions. By the time you have clamped up about 4 lids, with measuring, cutting, gluing and clamping - you can start unclamping the first lid and using the material to move on to the next smaller lid - etc. It does not take a lot of this stuff for this aspect and an 8 oz bottle will do you. Coat the edges completely with a thin layer - I use pieces of thin cardboard (like a cigarette box) as a squeegee to thin and smooth, as you'll have to keep changing them out after each lip. Dampen the back side of the carpet and clamp in place.
Using the GG on the lips allows you to work faster with less material.
Works for me. Good luck with your project.
Thanks for all of the advice

I basically did about the same as Nightmare...Henrys on the flat surfaces, then contact cement on the edges of the compartment lids.
Just can't leave well enough alone!!
