I have dealt with Hydrilla Gear in the past. One time had some Power Pole parts shipped to me (live about 60 miles up the road). Hydrilla shipped them UPS that day. Tracking it, it went to North Carolina, then back to Florida and UPS had them out for delivery to me a week later, even after I told them to return to shipper as Hydrilla had already shipped me a replacement order that got there on time (the next day).
This was a UPS screw up but Hydrilla made it right immediately. I strongly recommend doing business with them.
