Post adding a hydraulic jack plate to my current set-up

my boat is a 96 stratos 288 dc with a 175 hp fast strike
IT currently has a 2pc 5" hi raker jack plate and a 8ft talon mounted to it
I can get an older 5.5" cmc hydraulic jack plate with the pump mounted on the side of it (not inside like newer style)
Can I add that hydraulic jack plate to the hi-raker to keep the talon mounted. It will give over 10" of set back
I'm not sure if this is doable and what consequences it may have,...
I'm currently running a 23p renegade 4 blade prop, and keeping it under 5800 rpm but I know it will go over 6000 rpm
I only want the hydraulic to raise the motor vertically to help in the shallower water

    Thanks

It’s the best thing you will have on your boat if you fish shallow water.

Assuming you have cable steering? If so another 5" and you will need new ones for the additional length.

I have a seastar hydraulic steering setup
Any issue with having that much of a setback?

The two piece jack plate may not handle the strain of having the hydraulic jack plate and motor mounted on it.
