    boat trailer problems

    Have problem keeping inner fenderwell off of tires, fender is rolling out during loading of boat. four bolts per fender but thinking of adding bolts thru lip on fender to trailer frame to keep it from being bumped out when loading. had this problem since day one so its time to do something about it.Bought used 10 or so years ago"but i have been off water for a few years due to stroke and heart problems so i am anxious to get back out.It 's a 97 209. any suggestions.

    Check the leaf springs straps under the trailer. If you have broken one, the fender will drop a little lower to trailer wheel. I had to replace the ones on my 2100 last year.

    If the carpeted wood starts to rot it will cause it to get slop in it and rub the tires..
