    Fort McClellan at one time?

    Just read an article ( Veterans mag), on the contamination and health problems from people that were stationed there. Absolutely disgraceful the VA will not acknowledge this. Yet the city of Anniston was awarded $700 million because of the contamination. The article stated, farmers pigs had to be carted off to hazardous-waste landfills

    Just read a couple articles on this and the house bill that has come up for vote in congress several times Since 2009 and nothing has been done yet. Looks like the people we have voted into office have turned their backs on this incident. With all the toxic materials they handled and stored down there and the Monsanto crimes there would be something done.

    Both my stepdad and better half were stationed/trained there.
    US Army MP School. VA is staying far clear of all claims so far.
    Of course, I remember the nice NBC suits they gave us too.
