Helix 10 G2N MEGA DOA

Ordered a new Ultrex with link and a Helix 10 G2N MEGA. Received and installed the Ultrex, process went smooth as butter, everything works as it should. Began on the Helix and connected to power, nothing happening after pushing the power button. Tested on three different batteries, receiving 12.8 volts at the connection at the cable, tested under load, DOA. Called Humminbird and the rep was very gracious, she asked a few questions and emailed a call tag and I sent it to Eufaula AL. I also put my transducer in that box to trade for a through hull model. Not ecstatic about the dead Helix but happy about their customer service so far. Expecting quick turn around but I can't use it day after tomorrow at the lake. Anyway, hoping this is the last issue with the Helix.

I bought two Helix 10 and the Ultrex trolling motor about this time last year. Haven't had any problems with them at all. Really like the Helix units.
