I could be mistaken, but I believe it is 20* wide and 100* vertical.

Dead on. That is the spec. In function, you notice the width of the cones of the PS22 and PS21, 20 or 45 degrees at close distances; like 20, 30 and 40 ft. As you get out there to 100 ft the PS22 functional angle is not 20 and the PS21 functional angle is not 45. Both are much more pinpoint. At that distance targets only show if they are in the center of the cone and both require a slow rotation to see targets that far.
