    360 source not found

Hi all! I just swapped out my Helix 10 mega chirp g2n on the bow with the Helix 12 chirp si (non-mega) because I wanted a larger 360 screen. When I turned everything on accessory test, the 360 remained unconnected? When I let the unit start up normally I get a box that reads 360 source not found < stop-ping > and when I try to press right or left arrow I get a beep as pushing the wrong button? Box stays on screen. The motor was not in the deployed position. Thanks!

I bought the unit last night. I normally do the install then register with Humminbird. I retried everything early this am and it was working fine! I’ll mess around with it this weekend in the garage. Lake doesn’t open till March 1st

It appears that there is an update for it.

I just know when I see 360 source not found message, it doesn't refer to ping.

Check your power connection on the 360. I had similar issues.

Low battery voltage really messes these up.

Everything installed with no issues! All functions and accessories found on both units! Hope to water test them next weekend! Thanks everyone for all suggestions!
