I replaced impeller with gaskets poppet valve still will not pee any water on ear muffs any ideas why this is happening. Was working fine went to limp mode and alarm going off 4 days ago.
I replaced impeller with gaskets poppet valve still will not pee any water on ear muffs any ideas why this is happening. Was working fine went to limp mode and alarm going off 4 days ago.
Check to make sure the keyway is in the impeller, and that the vanes are rotated in the correct direction.

As an added step, hook up hose to flushing port and run a pipe cleaner or piece of sting trimmer line in and out to make sure there is no obstruction.

pull poppett start up preferably not on hose [no water at poppett] pull pump again, pay close attn. to plate make sure its not bent from seal carrier pushed upwards burning impeller bottom

Just wanted to thank u guys for ur help got it going went and bought another kit and that fixed it guess there was some defect to the first one.
