    Tracker Valve

    Any other Opti owners fell victim to the tracker valve issue besides me.? Also Merc won’t sell but one of the 3. If one of the other 2 go bad you gotta buy the entire fuel rail assembly.... bout 1500 bucks.

    Yep, lost a tracker valve on my last Pro XS.

    Service bulletin 20015-18 gives part numbers for the regulators and diaphrams negating the need to buy complete fuel rails.

    I bought all three for a 300 xs just last year without any problems. But yes I've been through a few of them.

    Lawrenceburg Marine put a diaphragm in my 250XS last spring. At that time was told they had been available about six months. He did have to find one from another dealer because they were on back order.
