What type of transom saver are you guys using on your Suzuki outboards?

I have a 2017 Suzuki 140 four stroke. What options do I have for a transom saver? I seen the lock-n-haul, but other than that maybe a my wedge kit. Any suggestions. Thanks.

I use the one that runs from engine to trailer.

I ended up using the traditional transom saver as well. I tried the sliding block one for the Yamaha's, but due to the steering ram fittings, I'm not able to tilt it forward enough to slide it over the rods. I've also looked at the motor saver sticks made by TH Marine, but the sticks are either too long or would be pushed against the grease zerk fitting.

There is a device called " lock-n-haul. You have to send pictures of your transom mount, and motor bracket on outboard for them to tell you if it will fit...??? They say on their website it fits Suzuki....

I actually have one of those as well and didn't have good luck with it either. Maybe I was using it wrong or something.

The offshore Yamaha I believe is the one, but you can contact them, it's what I did. I really like mine. And yep it fits just fine.

http://www.moto-stops.com/products/y...oto-stop-2.php. This one I believe. The non sho Yamaha is the same shaft width and such for the saver to slide on.

I use the 2 sticks for my 250 ss. They have an arrow pointing to one end that says mercury and other end has arrow pointing to Yamaha. Obviously my engine is neither one of those brands but I put them on my trim/tilt rods (I believe that's what you call them) with mercury arrow facing "up" toward engine. They are just 2 hollow metal rods with black hard plastic ends. They probably have some type of name. They're maybe 8-10 inches long each. I also use something very similar to the link procrafokie posted to keep steering from going left and right during transport. Both very useful products.

Moto stop just called me, and they said that the one for the Yamaha 2 stroke and Sho will fit my Suzuki 140. Distance between Center to center of tilt rods are 4-1/4", which is exactly what mine is, and 11/16" tilt rod diameter. The part number for the Moto stop is MS-y2x

I use the T H motor sticks. I had to notch one for a grease zert, if I remember right.
