today I'm going to attempt to dig out the front of my rod locker to fit over 7 foot rods hopefully it goes as described and a quick job, nice to have a break in the weather to work on the boat need to change some gimbal mounts around for the 8 and 10 and check the trim unit for o-ring and make sure it is full . Next week hopefully I can sneak out there and wet a line we shall see.....

I dont know how your boat is set up. I cut the front of a couple tubes off on the port side to get larger rods in them, i went through the bow panel to get acess to them.
