    Tar River Reservoir

    Anyone been this year? Is the water level up so that you can launch your boat safely? Dam issues repaired/fixed? Thanks!

    I drove over it this week Rusty. Looked like the water was at full pool in Sapony Creek.

    It’s been full for a few months now but don’t waste your time. Fishing is the worst it’s ever been and I’ve fished it often since 1977. We have have a little fruit jar tourney there most Saturdays with 7-12 boats and no one has has a five fish limit since the water rose.
