Put boat in today with new livewell intake pump siliconed in. We saw no signs of water coming in bilge for the first time ever since owning boat. Fished for 6 hours and it stayed bone dry. So all good on that issue. The Flow-rite remote drain plug was never the issue. In fact, thanks to a tip from a BBC member, I can remotely get plug completely in. Thanks for all the help on this. I learned more about other things unrelated to the specific solution thanks to some of your brainstorming. Thanks again.
