    Manufactured Home Financing / Camp

    Thinking about putting an offer on a small lot and manufactured home that is for sale to use as a camp. Any recommendations on lenders that loan money for manufactured homes? The company I have my house through won't loan money on these. Thanks in advance.

    Is the lot appraised? Might have to finance the lot an pay the difference for the trailer. I finance my RV with Ally Bank through the dealership. Manufactured homes depreciate making it hard to borrow money on used homes.
