Helix 5 issue and question
My partner has a Helix 5 at his bow that has begun giving him issues. For some reason, the depth overlay box doesn't show up when he powers the unit on. It shows up eventually (anywhere from 30 minutes to a couple of hours after the unit is powered on), but that's not much help when you're about to blast off.
He just replaced the transducer, but that does not appear to have resolved the issue.
The other thing he wants to do is a complete factory software reset. What is the process for doing that on a Helix 5?
