    Hydraulic Steering

What size is the threaded hole in the helm 1/8 npt or 1/4 npt or something else. I'm at work trying to rig up a one man bleeding system. It is on a triton so I think it is a sea star system.

You don't need an auto fill provision at the helm but I guess it could help. I use an old Sea Star bottle with the bottom cut off, and clear tubing run from the bleeder to the cap, hung upside down above the steering ram. I work it back and forth until there's no bubbles in the line then cap it off and do the other side. Works for (one man) me.
Of course keep the helm full.
