Anyone know anything about the BPs pro qualifier. Not sure which parts I need or if it's worth it. I heard a clicking noise now when u depress the thumb bar the reel turns and that's it thumb bar doesn't come back up. Any info would be great

Sounds like you have an issue with the clutch somewhere. Without seeing the reel, its gonna be hard to diagnose exactly what it is.
I will take it apart and look. I have two and both did the same thing
