    Carpet I did myself... not hard just a little time consuming and like everything else, prep is key. Just had a local upholstery shop do my seats last year. Way better quality material than most recommended. And trust me, I've spent the money with a well known boat seat mfg with a ton of regrets. Good luck with whoever you choose.
