Teaching you the proper way to " stir the pot"
Thats some good stuff with a helping of cottage cheese. I'd be set for the night.
Screw CPS, I'm calling OSHA and reporting work related hazards.
No safety glasses, no hard hat and no fall protections. Next you'll have him running with scissors.

I had a friend back in the day who ended up with a horribly disfigured pinky toe nail from when he grabbed the handle of some hamburger helper off a stove when he was a kid !!! Just saying
And I will be calling social services .. no child should ever have to eat hamburger helper lol
Screw the CPS - He is doing a good job !
at least you can holler at him saying "Where is my dinner, this place isn't rent free"
Thats great, glad he is teaching you to cook.

I'll speak up and say you have a very cute kid but its not a great idea doing what you're doing.
I spent an entire career dealing with children and accidents. Not fun and the kids suffer.
You are tacitly teaching him that its ok to play on the stove even if you don't realize it.
If you think this sounds like an over reaction trust me its not.
He's your responsibility please be safe with him.
Sir please post your full name and complete address, you are violating child labor laws, and might have put him in harms way next to that hot stove without the proper PPE
On the lighter side, that cheesy mac is making me hungry!

Wow, he's much more advanced than I was, I didn't start cooking until long after I was done with my pacifier.

A good little guy, enjoy they grow up so fast.
Looks to be a couple of feet off the ground with no fall restraint...And is the soother BHP free?
He never tried to get up there unless mom or I are using it. “Dad can I help”
Kid knows how to use screwdrivers and hammers , he can load, put in soap, and start the dishwasher, he can run the microwave, he can use rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows, and in the summer he helped skim the pool.
I guess maybe the better response/reaction on my end would be to plant him in front of the tv and turn on cartoons or hand him a PlayStation remote? Rather than being hands on and interacting and teaching him to help out around the house????
You must have been offended by my response. Sorry for that it wasn't intended.
Feel free to teach him any thing you like. The difference between you and me is that I have over 30 years of investigating deaths and injuries of children from all sorts of causes. I doubt you have that experience.
Let me offer this, if you think you can always predict the behavior of a child you are mistaken.
Just think on that and good luck.
