    Talon sandwich bracket on alumacraft competitor tiller

    does anyone have any experience with mounting a talon with the sandwich plate on an alumaraft tiller boat? just wondering if the additional setback caused any issues with steering.

    Depends on how close they are mounted to the motor, how far back from the transome and how far into the water.
