tool holder ideas

I have an RT 178c and it has great tool holders for the bow but has nothing for the rear to hold a pair of pliers and a pair of scissors, and a place to put a beer would be nice. Anyone have any ideas what to add to the rear to make tool usage easier. I have been using my cleats as tool holders, does anyone have a better idea. Is there something to add to the seat pedestal?

Thanks goat, I ended up buying a Wise seat caddy, it was inexpensive and does everything I want.I will have to find a way and a location to install it but I think it will be the real poop da grass for the guy in the back. Now if I can just find a way to keep him from eating all the bait.
