Called Ranger Yesterday - Same Old Same Old

Have a seat seam tear on back rest of 2011

Called the General phone number and answered on first ring.

I asked for parts department. Got transferred. Also answered on first ring

He asked me if I had ever bought parts before, I said yes

He asked my zip code and and last name, Then asked me if it was the 2011. I said yes

I told him I had a rip in back rest of driver seat.

He gave me the price of backrest skin $65.

I asked him how much all the seat skins were for both buckets.

He said $265 including shipping.

I said Lets do that.

He asked me if I needed any other parts and I didn’t.

He took CC number and said I would get in around 6-8 weeks.

Total phone time less than 5 minutes.

Sweet! I called a couple of times over the last month with general questions and have been transferred to Kimberly's voice mail. I left here two messages to never hear from her agin. I wish everyone working there was on top of it like the parts dept.

Thats how my conversation went when i ordered the deck extention, and the cockpit flooring carpet, and the trim ring and countless other times.

I called parts for the first time ever today. I ordered the spring upgrade for the center coin box, as well as a bushing for the rear pedestal seat. I spoke with a guy named Scott who was extremely helpful and friendly. I was impressed.

I just spoke with JP in parts and could not be more satisfied. He went way out of his way to manually look up seat parts and carpet colors (original carpet color is no longer produced) for my 1996 362 XT (original owner). Have called and ordered multiple times while updating/restoring this boat and have nothing but good to say about them !
