To those trying to do things in a video. If the shear pin is broke, you don't have to drill anything. Take the top off the trolling motor and you'll see a black and a red wire that goes in to the shaft. disconnect and reverse them, hold the nut (this also works with a regular nut) and push the the button on the trollingmotor for high speed. Making sure your hands, arms, face, etc. is out of the way in case you let go and the prop spins. This reverses the motor and will unscrew the nut. Put the wires back right and reseal with shrink. Also, to remove a prop, you can hit it with a hammer close to the where the blades connect to the hub. If it's that tight, chances are the hub is already comprimised from a bent shear pin so if it breaks, you're not out anything. In the years I've been doing this, I havn't broke one.
