Is posted on this site in the general bass boat area. The guy stated they will be revealing the tin boat at the classic but can't release the fiberglass model until the litigation is resolved.See post #9: http://www.bbcboards.net/showthread.php?t=878385

I think this rumor was started (correct me if I’m wrong) that only an Aluminum boat will be at the Classic. So speculation (rumor) by some as to why no Glass boat was started. Maybe you could shed some light as to when a Glass boat will announced.

    - the world is full of hearsay. We're fully engaged in developing both our aluminum and fiberglass lines. Just takes a little longer with glass. Wouldn't spend a lot of time believing the naysayers.

I feel your pain with this nonsense. To me if true which I don't believe would demonstrate JM feels threatened. Great publicity for Vexus.

I bought a ranger rt198p also last year. I do not see anything about this boat that makes me regret my choice.

Ranger makes a great tin and you should be happy with it. No reason for regrets even if something "better" comes along in a couple months...shouldn't change the way you feel about your Ranger.

That said...if you ever decide to sell the Ranger...Wouldn't you want to give Vexus a serious look?? I would.

I watched JM for 40 minutes trying to get a Vexus bumper sticker off his car I had placed.

I think my ranger rt 198p is a great boat .I drove 2 hrs just to look at them before I purchased it . I go to two boat shows in my area every year. I’m always interested in what’s new. So when the time comes if I decided to buy another boat I have an idea what to look at .this is my first ranger tin but I have owned 3 other Rangers first was 1982 375v .
